Brain Food: Podcasts

A commute is precious time to self-reflect, get organized, or even catch up on sleep. My personal favorite way to maximize the 30 minutes on a subway is by listening to podcasts on a wide variety of topics. For one, it helps me stay sane as I get smushed into the armpits of my fellow commuters, but more importantly it helps to inspire and stimulate my thoughts and get me energized for the day. It also makes for an excellent “water cooler” discussion with coworkers and friends.
